All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Banking, card processing, payment gateway, and transaction fees are non-refundable
All such costs will be deducted from any approved refund

Be unused
Be in original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
Be in resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items are damaged, used, incomplete, or not in original condition.

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method less all applicable costs, including but not limited to:

Original shipping fees
Return shipping fees
Banking and transaction charges
Payment gateway and card processing fees
Administrative and handling fees

No refunds will be issued for banking or payment processing fees under any circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Courier delays
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Delays caused by third-party couriers

Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

We ship nationwide within South Africa and offer international shipping to selected countries.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 15:00

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Where applicable, free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photos.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter.

8. Returns & Exchanges – Customer Ordering Errors

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

Incorrect Products Ordered by Customer

If a customer orders the wrong product by mistake, while the correct product was available and clearly listed:

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs to Film Gear Accessories.
Any banking charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees incurred will be charged to or deducted from the customer.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

If exchanging for another product:
- If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.
- If the replacement product costs less, the balance will be refunded minus applicable banking and transaction fees.

Film Gear Accessories does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders placed by customers and reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval.
