1. Shipping Destinations
We ship nationwide within South Africa and offer international shipping to selected countries.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:

Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 15:00
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Where applicable, free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the provided tracking link.

8. Returns & Exchanges – Customer Ordering Errors
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.
Incorrect Products Ordered by Customer
If a customer orders the wrong product by mistake, while the correct product was available and clearly listed:

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs to Film Gear Accessories.

Any banking charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees incurred will be charged to or deducted from the customer.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Exchanges

If exchanging for another product:

If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.

If the replacement product costs less, the balance will be refunded minus applicable banking and transaction fees.

Film Gear Accessories does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders placed by customers and reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval.
